This is my go to pharmacy. Rx staff goes above and beyond! Much love to the sweet Asian pharmacies saved me honestly by sending my Rx to a Walgreens that was 24 hrs. And she always has all the answers!! But that sweaty store manager, that really doesn’t really want to do his job hands-down he’s a zero out of zero an we need to find a new store manager and all the employees are annoyed by him. He really is holding on by a prayer. But I mean it is what it is! For me, it’s about location and customer service. Throw the store manager away and keep the pharmacy staff and employees and I’m OK and I frequent this store. And have for over six years. just my thoughts!

I used to love this store, but for the last year, this store's entry and parking lot is always crowded in the afternoon by children from Lamar HS waiting on parents to pick them up, and police cant even help. Two police cars in the parking lot, and the kids are still hanging out, loitering and blocking the door to enter and/or exit. Parents are parked in fire lanes and also in the parking lot, taking up spaces. I have even called the school before to ask for help. If you can't control these kids as teenagers, what will they become as adults!?

This is definitely one of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to due to the lack of staff, and of qualified staff, which is obviously corporate's fault. There is only one good pharmacist, Katie, who works her butt off five to six days a week to help everyone. If you end up getting anyone else on the phone or in person, forget getting any help - they only make things worse. In addition to the staffing problems, there are always medication stock shortages, meaning we wait for medications sometimes for almost a week, even medications we take on a monthly basis, and there are 25-50 high school age students crowding the parking lot and store for hours a day (the Walgreens is directly across from a high school) and they don't allow cars to pass, don't let customers walk around the store, and steal. This should not be allowed. Corporate needs to get this store some help - more pharmacists and some security staff, asap.

Seriously, the Walgreen pharmacy on Lamar is pretty bad. Slow, unhelpful and rude. I’m easy to please and like everybody, so for me to write this know that it’s for real.

This is just for the pharmacy. They are all usually great. But the best hands down is the lady who’s been there for years. With the hijab covering. She’s is the best at her job and also the sweetest. She goes out of her way to do things for people. She knows my name for many years now and I don’t get but one script a month. But she just is so kind. I hope this message reaches her some how and someone appreciates her there in management. She remembers my last name. Made my whole day.
