I had a prescription to pick up at this location. There were two clerks assisting other customers, so the pharmacist stepped in to help. She assisted the two customers in front of me, but when it was my turn, she walked away while the other clerk was still occupied with another customer. As the only customer left waiting, the situation felt concerning and appeared unfair, especially since the customer assisted before me was white. I believe the professional and appropriate thing to do would have been to continue helping me rather than leaving me standing there waiting. Whether intentional or not, interactions like this can come across as discriminatory, and businesses should be mindful of how their actions are perceived by customers. THE PHARMACIST WAS MARYLINE ONGANGI- DO BETTER

ZERO STARS FOR THIS PHARMACY. Terrible customer service. NEVER willing to help or explain. Calling to get a refill on a prescription is a hit or miss, they RARELY answer the phone. Staff catches attitude when you’re not understating why you can’t get medication you’ve gotten a million times before. SWITCH TO KROGER!!!! WALGREENS PHARMACY SUCKSSSS

When it's summer and Lamar students aren't mobbing the place it's pretty good. The people in the pharmacy are professional and helpful.

If I could give them a negative I would, I pulled up to drive thru pharmacy 1 minute before closing, there was a car infront so by the time I pulled up it was 8:04 so they said they were closed, I tried telling them I was there before closing time and the lady said “no you weren’t” in an argumentative way which I’m not going to sit and argue, but will write a review as how unprofessional she was, I have one prescription I need to take for my diabetes but she didn’t care to listen to me just said “we’re closed”, hope she never deals with a disease and needs her meds and can’t get them because of an unprofessional person
