Every time I've been in the store, the clerks greet me and are helpful to assist in locating the products I'm there for. Pharmacy staff are the same, friendly and helpful! Also try to help with coupons or information to a reduction in drug price. And they are open late enough for my need!!

Submitted 2 prescriptions before 5pm for urgent care prescriptions. The young man said he couldn't give an estimated time. One prescription was ready at 9;30pm and as my daughter needed it I went back and got the 1 that was ready. Didn't hear anything about the 2nd prescription so went back at 2;30 the following day...not ready, will be ready in an 11/2 hrs. Went back at 5:30 after being on hold for 25 minutes. Prescription not ready and now they're saying it had to be paid in advance for them to mix it and now it won't be ready till tomorrow. Not once in the 3 visits did anyone say we needed to pay in advance. No apologies, no medicine. They need training on procedure and customer service. I will not do business with Walgreens pharmacy again.

The pharmacist is rude and unprofessional and racist. I asked him for some diabetic rangers from my uncle and he refused to sell me. He told me that he was fresh out after he asked me the size of what kind of Uncle used but the people directly behind me were able to buy some when I wasn’t, this is not the first time this is happening with the same individual. I’m not sure of his name but ship is gonna be the late night shift. It is 2:46 in the morning and I’m at the Green Oaks pharmacy 24 hour pharmacy there’s no sense in Saying you do something and not follow through for this. Have a diabetic seizure I gotta try to race and run to another pharmacy when he had them right here the whole time

Every time I go here for a prescription it feels like it’s the first day for everyone who works here and also the concept of a pharmacy.

Pharmacist was very helpful and they were open until 1:30 am.
