This used to be a good pharmacy but if you ever have to come pick up and there's a line, expect it to take a long time. If you come after 7, they may just not be there at all with no warning. I'm dissapointed.

Awful experience. First time I was there for an antibiotic for my 8 year old daughter and pharmacy claimed they had not received it yet. I gave grace as it was almost closing time so I waited until the next day. Gave them a second chance as my 12 year old ended up needing an antibiotic as well and the pharmacist at the window was extremely unprofessional. First, she entered my insurance ID # wrong and claimed that my daughter was not popping up under my plan (it is a family plan and I knew this was incorrect) She then realizes it and makes the correction (I’m still being patient at this point) to which she proceeds to tell me that she only has one of the medicines which was Nystatin (an Antifungal) but I tell her she was also prescribed Amoxicillin for her actual strep throat. The same pharmacist then states that the Nyatatin IS the antibiotic which was the only thing she could give me to which I proceed to correct her telling her that Nystatin is an ANTIFUNGAL Medication. She then tells me that I can try another pharmacy. At this point, I told her I’m ok with paying what I need to pay but she proceeds to be a bit snarky telling me that she knows why I’m frustrated etc. I’m all about being patient and I completely understand that customer service can be challenging at times but I do not appreciate when someone like this pharmacist treats their customers as if they’re ignorant to their needs. I have 5 kids and have had plenty of pharmacy experiences and NEVER have I had any sort of attitude towards my questions regarding medications prescribed. You choose a job like this, have some respect for the people as this could be yourself when you’re in need. I will not return to this pharmacy and I would highly recommend that whoever does the hiring takes a real good observation at the people they put in these positions. I work a high pressure job and I will never make an excuse to disregard someone’s concern. If you’re a pharmacist, I expect you to know the difference between an Antifungal and antibiotic medication. Do not claim that a medication is something it isn’t just to get the customer off. Have some dignity with your job.

I dont want to write a book about how bad the service is at this store. But, know that the company is being sold and they do not care about providing care for customers who rely on medications to stay alive. I was released after open heart surgery, which means I cant drive for a month. After a long day of trying to reach the pharmacy by phone to arrange delivery ( I wont even begin to tell that saga) on the 4th day my daughter went in to pick up my new heart meds. Out of 10 prescriptions, they gave her 4 of them. On day 4, I Still dont have the meds the thoracic surgeon thinks I need to start strong with the new valve. Walgreens does not care!!! We have to work together to make corporate America wakeup!!!! Change pharmacies now my friends and never look back at this ridiculous place before they kill you!!

Had to go to this Walgreens because my Walgreens didn’t have medication until Monday They very friendly and fast with filling my prescription
