Wow this CVS is so unique!!! I love the 2 floors layout!! The pharmacy on the 2nd floor which I thought was very cool!! This location is awesome because it is connected to apartments and I thought, “wow the residents are so lucky!!” The lady on the checkout was very helpful and had me sign up the CVS card for discounts which was pleasant. I’m a UTSA student but I love the support of UIW Incarnate too!! Thank you for your service employees & managers!! You got this and can make it through the shift and day. Pharmacist (Nick) was clearly intoxicated at work. Slurring his speech and forgetting what he was supposed to be doing. Completely messed up my order and I ended up having to go to a different location to resolve. Will be filing a complaint to the state board of pharmacy too. The woman I talked to was nice, but the manager clearly didn’t care, maybe trying to cover up?

⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a terrible experience at this CVS location. I went to print posters, but the machine wasn’t working. The next day they told me to resend the files, but when I came back, nothing was ready. I was told it would only take a short time, yet even after waiting, nothing was done. On my third visit, they still didn’t give me my order because there was “no one available” to help. Now I have to go back a fourth time, just to see if they can finally give me the posters that should have been ready three days ago. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. Horrible service—I do not recommend printing here.

Self checkout called an employee over when I scanned all of my items correctly and placed them in the bagging area. Employee searched my bag.

I was in San Antonio visiting when I ran out of Insulin. The staff was amazing and accommodating and I was able to fill my prescription there. Thank you for your help
