Brand new customer that has never used CVS pharmacy before here~! I honestly have felt really intimidated by using CVS pharmacy and felt kind of weird having to switch my medication over to them because of the only ones with my medication in stock, And so I tentatively decided to go ahead and pick it up at the counter only to find that both Mary and Celeste (The two people working the front counter) were absolutely amazing and super sweet! I don't really leave reviews like this for most establishments (especially not for picking up medications because it just feels so part of my daily routine), but honestly I really felt moved and I really did appreciate how quickly they work to get my medications sorted within the hour of my doctor sending the script over, And then making sure to take time to explain to me how to come and pick up my medication and how to get set up with a CVS app so that I could do it more seamlessly. I really appreciate the time and kind of say extended to me and I just really wanted to shout them out and tell upper management that they are doing an amazing job~ Thank you again Mary and Celeste ✨🧡 (I also did leave a survey online~ whoever is reading this, seriously give them a raise 👏🏻)

Pharmacy is terribly inefficient. Understaffed, overworked, and pharmacist on staff is not meant for such an aggressively fast paced environment. I will never use a CVS pharmacy again. I had the pleasure of sitting what felt like their entire shift watching issue after issue occur. The one young girl was clearly overwhelmed and rushing doing much heavy lifting for the duo while the pharmacist, Cynthia, didn’t know how to use her own system or how to correct a prescription that the provider gave her authorization to correct . She lost her phone during the shift and just wasn’t helpful. The number of times I heard her say, “I just have had time to get to that yet” was unreal. Lack of awareness and ability to execute causes much of the delay.

What is wrong with the staff at this location? This was my original post. Since then the tune has adjusted nicely. Personally Thank you for taking care of me in regards to my meds. KEep up the good work.

Don't come here for an EpiPen after an ER visit. I was told that they had flu shots to do and I'd have to wait. Imagine having an active allergic reaction and having to wait for them to finish preventative shots. Even those getting the shots were shocked. And the girl at the window was awful and didn't care at all. Even rolled her eyes at me. Unacceptable. Came down the street, and got it in five minutes.
