Please tell your staff to not be so angry with guests that ask for help. I’m older and deaf and just wanted help finding the right medicine for my wife. Your employee refused to help me when I showed my phone and wrote out that I needed cold medicine and that I was deaf. I’m not a burden and should not have to feel that way when it is your job to help customers.
