I received my discharge medications promptly after discharge paperwork was signed and explained by my nurse. Vanessa delivered my medications and was very pleasant and informative. She thoroughly explained all pertinent information and where to find answers for any further questions regarding medications after learning hospital. Overall University Hospital provided a safe space & was a great experience during a stressful time in life.

I asked the pharmacy to mail me my prescription. Instead they chose to send it via courier. I work for a living. Nobody was home. The courier called me at work to tell me someone had to sign for the package. After work I went to the pharmacy where they admitted to screwing up, but suggested either coming back the next day or waiting around for 4 hours til the courier returned undelivered packages. Needless to say I wasn’t waiting around. Guess I’ll take time out of my day to go back tomorrow.

Unity, the pharmacy tech is very nice and attentive. She acknowledged me, let me know how long the wait was going to take. all with a big smile. I hundred percent recommend the 24 hour discharge pharmacy.

I was having an issue getting my daughter’s prescription filled at Vida pharmacy. I made a call and Eve Preciado was the one who was able to resolve my issue. She was very helpful, understanding and supportive. She’s a big asset to University Health Care.

My experience in the hospital and with the pharmacy has been beyond all my expectations. I’m so impressed with everyone that works here. It’s very evident that all love their job here. I’ve experienced nothing but true excellence. I’m from the Transplant Institute receiving a living donor kidney. The pharmacy takes such great care of with all the medications I take. Thank you pharmacy; you rock!
