My son medicines was getting sent to this pharmacy but recently had to switch to Laurel Heights Pharmacy. The lady that answered the phone at Garza Pharmacy was very rude to me . Just because I was able to afford 2 out of 3 of my son's medicine. She said I'm making them put the third prescription back. I was shocked the way she talked to me and I demanded to talk to a manager. She put the pharmacist lady on the phone but lied to her saying I called yelling and being rude so the pharmacist believed her over me. I have a son that's sick and I lost a very close family member and my sister I couldn't believe I was being mistreated because I only asked for 2 of his medicines. We didn't have insurance at the time so I had to get his two main medicines. We didn't need the third one cause I still had a extra full bottle. But no matter the reason that lady didn't have to be rude to me. I was already going through enough. Losing my family members n having my son sick, I was going through a lot. But the pharmacist didn't make things better . She believed the lady over me. So I started crying and I yelled at her ... Why was I being treated this way. Bottom line I transferred to Laurel Heights Pharmacy and they are wonderful. I asked them for 2 of the meds and it was no problem. It should have NEVER been a problem at Garza Pharmacy especially if they are NOT the one paying for it. I hope they DO NOT treat other customers the way I was treated.Not only is it wrong but they don't know what people are going through in life. I was shaking and crying after that call. It's been a few months since that incident. I wanted to leave this review so none else gets treated like I was.

Always have my refills ready and offers delivery service which has really helped me when I’m unable to pick up. Very friendly and customer service oriented with the dignity and respect they give lovingly to care for their patient’s individual needs. Thank you Garza Pharmacy I very much appreciate y’all and your all doing a great job.

Feels like and treats like you family It's my only. Pharmacy for me and major plus they deliver.

I've been a customer over 30 years. Always an excellent service. Now they have home delivery which is prompt. Anyone would be impressed of their customer service.

The type of pharmacy ud find in a small town.staff is nice and informative.the do carry all meds of all kinds and the could think_of.and to put the icing on top THEY DELIVER.that write
