Joel-Pharmacist, Monica Medical Technician & Stephanie Medical Technician are extremely polite, friendly, kind, informative, patient, helpful and always professional. These folks have awful customer service. You’ll go expecting your prescription to be filled but sure enough there was some mishap and it’s not ready and they never bothered to call you so now you’ve just wasted a bunch of time going over there. Then if you try and call before you go, good luck getting through to them. Definitely do not recommend them as a pharmacy.

Just because you had a bad experience doesn't mean they have awful customer service. At 100 + times i been there I have never had a problem at Walgreens. I think that some of the people that don't have any patience usually have this problem with other people. They want everything in a hurry.

Why do you stop taking deposits at 8pm if you’re open till 11pm. Makes no sense! Depot need to be able to put money into their accounts.

Always satisfied with my prescriptions getting filled here. Sure, occasionally a medication may not be ready right away, but it’s not the fault of that poor pawn in the drive thru window that is just trying to help you. It’s not their fault that the US healthcare system placed so many barriers between you and your medication. Just go park your car, and take a walk around inside. Eat a Snickers. Start a small fire in the restroom. Idk. Or maybe go home and just pick up your medication tomorrow.
