I’ve never had good service at this pharmacy! When you call to speak to someone you are transferred to a service that cannot ever handle the call and then they transfer you to the store where you wait on hold from 30 minutes to over an hour if you can ever get anyone on the phone! Going into the store is just as horrible of an experience! No one in line and it takes 20 plus minutes for someone to acknowledge your existence and then they act as though we are disturbing them. When I’ve complained about the service to management, management seems to care and will follow up, but nothing ever changes! I have since changed to another Walgreens here in town and have received much greater service on the phone and in person! It’s obviously the staff! I wish they would find out what the problem is and fix it!! They also never seem to have my prescription in stock!!!

World’s worst pharmacy. The only male pharmacist here on 2/22/2026 was completely incompetent. Not only was I standing in line for 45 minutes with Flu A completely draining but his unhelpful attitude showed he should probably be in a different business. I waited on hold on the phone twice for almost a total of two hours, the first time the call was disconnected (or he hung up) while I was talking to the pharmacist. He then refused to fill an inhaler citing it was too high of a dosage BUT HEB FILLED IT THE NEXT MORNING WITH NO ISSUES AS I EXPECTED THEY WOULD. After waiting in line and almost ready to check out the cashier needed the pharmacists signature to close me out and he decided to take a bathroom break instead first having me WAIT ANOTHER 10 MINUTES. I made it clear I would not be returning. Had HEB Pharmacy been open on a Sunday evening I would have never stepped foot into Walgreens. IF YOU KNOW YOU GET MOST PHARMACY BUSINESS ON A SUNDAY WHEN ALL THE REASONABLE PHARMACIES ARE CLOSED YOU WOULD THINK You’d HAVE A STRATEGIC PLAN ON HOW TO GET THOSE CUSTOMERS BACK BUT YOU DID THE OPPOSITE. Everyone in that line was complaining.

The lack of organization within this pharmacy system is beyond anything I have ever experienced. I have spent over 10 hours in the last week alone trying to transfer over maintenance prescriptions from another pharmacy. In addition, I have spent 3 hours waiting in line to pick up said prescriptions after getting notifications that the medications had been refilled. Upon arrival I am told they were either picked up or have no refills despite previously confirming reciept of all prescriptions from my providers office. I still have not been able to secure them all and have had to pay out of pocket as opposed to using insurance. This should be escalated to a corporate structure. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because all of the staff has been polite.

Pharmacy Tech Sophia is so helpful! Efficient and friendly, she saved me over a hundred dollars on my five prescriptions by looking up discounts. She did not rush me.

Richard in the pharmacy took my call around 11pm and ensured my prescription was ready for pickup when we arrived shortly after. It was a long day, and I’m thankful that relief was not delayed any further. This is the second time I’ve received prompt service late at night from this pharmacy, and I’m really thankful that we have one open 24/7.
