The way CVS doesn’t care about customer service is WILD. Out of stock medications are just out of stock with no additional info provided. Calls placed to the store about availability of a medication in short supply sends customers to automated phone system purgatory that won’t connect to the pharmacy without entering personal information which is completely unnecessary for a general question. Front store staff cannot transfer calls back to the pharmacy.

Let’s face it, does anyone actually LIKE going to a pharmacy? Usually it’s because you or someone you love is not well. The folks at this location are very kind, helpful, understanding and know their stuff. Highly recommended!

The pharmaceutical staff are always prompt, friendly, and supportive. They’ve been quick on communicating if there have been any issues on prescriptions with the provider. They’ve been great about handling those issues very swiftly. The reason for only 4 stars is because there’s often long wait lines there. But that isn’t the employees fault, they move efficiently. It’s a staffing issue.

Great service! Very cool and supportive team. Great team/location
