Worse Pharmacy Ever!!! The pharmacist Halim hates his job and will belittle customers who pay for medicine without using the insurance. I dropped off a prescription for my daughter around 5:30pm today and was told it will take 1.5-2 hours and I will get a text when it is done. After 3 hours and I still didn't get a text. I know they will be closing at 9pm and I need the medicine for my daughter tonight. So I drove over to the pharmacy around 8:40pm and waited at the drive-through window for about 10 minutes until someone named Halim finally came to me. He asked the patient name and then asked if I have insurance. I told him that we won't be using insurance but we will buy it. He then walked a way to get the medicine. I could see that the prescription was not filled at all as he started to print out labels. It took him about 9 minutes to fill the medicine. When he come back to the window, he asked me if I have any questions. I said I do, and I asked why I never got a text on picking up the medicine. He then yelled at me and said something like "You know why?? Because you don't have insurance. We don't know if you're going to buy it so we never process it. I then asked, why no one asked me if I have insurance or not when I dropped off? He then yelled back "it is your responsibility to let us know whether you have insurance, not out job to ask you. We are 1 minute to closing and I am doing this big favor for you and you yelled at me." I told him I didn't yell at him and I was just asking a question after he asked me if I have any questions. He then said now I answered your questions. And he starred at me, holding on to the medicine that I just paid, yelling at me again if I have any more questions with a look that intended to terrify and intimidate me. I just want to get the medicine for my daughter and get out of there so I said "no." But he held on to the medicine and asked me if I have any more questions once again. I have to answer "no" again in order to end this terrible experience. I drove back home right away so my daughter can have the medicine. Otherwise I would have parked and go into the store and asked for the manager right then. I am so upset with this horrible experience! As a customer who actually paid for the medicine without using the insurance, I don't deserve this! He totally created a fake reality, assuming I couldn't pay for the medicine and then yelled at me when I asked a question. He also said I yelled at him after he yelled at me, totally BS. If he was upset about customers who don't have insurance and not picking up medicine, he shouldn't have yelled at me, who is a paying customer, who actually paid, and picked up the medicine without insurance! He seems like an angry employee that hates his job and take his anger out at the customers. I will never use this pharmacy again! Worse experience ever!!!

Made a vaccine appointment and still waited 30 minutes before leaving because they said it'd be another 15 minutes. They helped 3 people that came after me too. What's the point in making an appointment and filling everything out online if you have to refill it all out and wait almost an hour?

I am not sure if anyone is actually working proper in the pharmacy or if they are completely understaffed. My prescription (2 common meds) took 5hours to be ready??! And I stood almost another hour in the drive through lane!! When people are sick you should really put priority on pharmacy! People depend on their meds!

I have had constant issues with the pharmacy here, either not having my prescription, trying to charge me when I have 2 different insurances and don't have to pay, telling me my prescriptions are ready for pickup on the phone, then I get down there and they say I have to wait a couple days before I can pick it up. This pharmacy has been a frustrating and stressful experience for me and I'm currently looking for another pharmacy to go to.
