Erica was fantastic. I called right before closing so I was concerned that nobody would answer the phone or they would be real short with me. That was not the case at all. Erica was extremely helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions about my prescription and helped me complete my payment. Erica was upbeat and friendly. This was my first experience with a compounding pharmacy and it was way better than other retail pharmacies.

I want to start on a positive and say that I LOVE the people who work here. They are always friendly and professional. My issue is with the medications themselves. I take an oral troche daily and the first couple months were fine, it was a gummy texture and taste was not bad. Ever since, the troche has been like sucking on a piece of wax and the flavors are all over the place. My doctor has requested back to original flavor and they just dont listen. I just got my new one today and it literally tastes like melting plastic smells. These take 10 to 15 minutes to dissolve so can you imagine the flavor in your mouth for that amount of time? The other issue I have is that they NEVER fill the scripts on time. This particular script has heavy hormones for me and without them for more than a day or two, I get very ill. My doctor tries to fill the order early so that by the time I run out, I already have my refill but it never happens. I have had to quarter up on the prescription for about 2 weeks now and ran out 5 days ago completely. Those who take heavy hormones know what that does to your body and mind. I just want my medicine so I can be a normal functioning adult, I dont like that all the control is in their hands and they refuse to work with myself or the doctor on these few things. There are many other issues I have had in the almost year I have been HAVING to go to this place and I just wish the people who compounded the meds cared.

I have always had a great experience with Strive, they are very nice and polite and know their stuff. My phone calls with them have always been quick and productive. I wish there was a pharmacy closer to Phoenix, but they are always so nice, it's worth the drive.

Ordering through a compounding pharmacy is super easy and convenient. You receive a text with a link and it takes you where you need to be to keep your prescriptions coming on time so you never run out. It's as simple as a click of a button.

Ashley was great! She was extremely nice, explained the shipping process, check into the status of my order and about how long before I would receive it. Also added, if I need or have any additional questions, they are always there to help. Wonderful customer service. Thanks 😊 again!
