Cody is an incredibly arrogant person. I went to Walgreens today, and the moment I walked in, he gave me a hateful look it’s not the first time I’ve felt that kind of glare from him he does the same thing every time I visit. I’m a regular customer and usually shop in the morning because he works the afternoon shift, and he always acts this way. This time, I decided to go at that hour because I found a great deal and wanted to use it before my coupons expired. However, the service Cody provided was horrible I don’t know how someone so arrogant can work in customer service.

I have been a frequent customer at this Walgreens location for the past seven years and have spent a lot of money here over that time. On May 2nd around 4:45 PM, I rode my bike to the store to purchase a pack of cigarettes. I was asked for ID, but then realized I had left my drivers license at home. I explained to the cashier that I am a 60-year-old woman and should clearly pass their criteria. This new cashier contacted a manager, but after waiting several minutes, no manager ever came to the register. Instead, the cashier told me I would never be able to purchase cigarettes there again without a license. I understand store policies regarding ID, but the way this situation was handled was rude and unprofessional. When I said I would be forced to take my business elsewhere, the cashier responded by saying I could go to the liquor store across the street and then hissed at me as I was leaving. That behavior was shocking and completely unacceptable. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Because of this interaction, I will never return to this location or spend my money here again. Walgreens lost a loyal customer of seven years. This employee should not be representing the Walgreens brand. These times are stressful enough without having to endure this behavior!!

Ever been manually put on hold 5 times without speaking to a person? If not. Try calling this pharmacy. I'm surprised these people still have jobs. Is there not a general manager there that can fire everyone there and hire some capable people.

Maggie was a great help and I enjoyed talking to her while she got me checked in to get the Rsv shot. Ryan did a fantastic job from keeping my mind off getting the shot, I didnt even feel the needle and he helped with my insurance information

Pharmacy staff 👍.store clerk 👎.realize some customers maybe coming straight from the hospital,ex. limping and still in hospital pants, a little empathy and kindness would be a positive experience rather than banging on someone's car window to lecture about how or where they parked!! I will make sure to NEVER use anything other than the drive thru from now on.thsnk you for a very memorable experience!
