Once again I show up to my prescriptions not being filled even though I called them in a week ago… The staff has no apology and are rude about the delay. Told me to come in and sit down for 20 min… while sitting here, I am watching ca after car go through the same thing…

I had a terrible experience with this pharmacy. The pharmacist and his staff are rude, unprofessional and do not know how to speak or communicate with customers. According to their Patient Bill of Rights, “Voice grievances or complaints regarding treatment or care, or recommended changes in policy, staff or care/service without restraint, interference, coercion, discrimination or reprisal”. They violate their own polices. I spoke with the regional manager who informed me she would council her staff on how to talk to customers. I requested of the manager that my medicine be canceled and my information returned to normal as my fill date says N/A on one of them and she stated she “would try”. How is my last fill date not available? After my terrible experience I felt it would be better to not be their customer anymore. I am attempting to transfer my medication to another pharmacy, but it’s been 4 days now and they refuse to cancel my medication so I can do that. I really don’t understand why they continue to make this more difficult and drag this out. I expected better from a pharmacy that I trusted for my healthcare needs. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

I’ve used Walgreens pharmacies my whole life. Recently though, things have been getting worse and worse. The pharmacy at 1142 W Guadalupe constantly causes me problems. There is clearly a failure by management at this pharmacy. The employees are rude, the lines are long and slow moving, and I am constantly having to wait days just to have prescriptions filled. They are obviously understaffed, and sometimes they can’t even be open on the weekends. Do yourself a favor and find a new pharmacy. Walgreens is a sham now.

FYI! THIS LOCATION IS NOT DOING VACCINES OF ANY KIND, REGARDLESS OF WHAT IT SAYS ONLINE! I arrived and stood in an hour long line to be told this. They are extremely short staffed. No apology, nothing. Combined with the issues I always have with my prescriptions here, and removing half the store to put in this Village Medical nightmare conglomerate practice, I will never do business again with Walgreens, and neither should you. I am done with Walgreens. This is outright deception, and they should be fined. I will be reaching out to AZ Dept of Health and the AZ Corp Commission about this as well.

Called 5 minutes before close because was shorted on a prescription, pharmacy picked up the phone and immediately hung up on me.
