Your pharmacist assistants should be really careful of whom might be in ear shot of them . I left the counter and less then 30 seconds after I got my prescription in I heard then gossiping about me. I simply said at the counter if the other assistant could help me because she knows who I was. The assistant helping , must of miss understood me, took offense . The moment a customer walks away you talk bad about them .

Wow. I was blown away today by the staff. JAY the pharmacist was the most kind and compassionate pharmacist I've ever met. I am very stressed, and was asking questions that really should be asked to a primary care doctor. But Jay saw that I was someone really struggling. He did let me know it was out of his scope, but he listened to me, and when i was apologizing to him, he even took my hand and told me I would be ok, and not to apologize. I didn't realize how much I needed that. He also of course helped me with the questions I had about medications. The young lady ( long beautiful hair) was also so friendly and sweet. ( this was at 5pm ish on 6/11/25 in case anyone in the company wants to know who was working and wants to give her recognition) she was great. I asked if they were busy and if the pharmacist had time to speak. She said absolutly! And got him with a smile. I really was impressed. Probably the best experience ive had with a pharmacy. Thanks for being there and kind.

3 times in the last 2 months they are "temporarily closed" or have changed their hours without notice. They cannot even be open on the hours they promise.

I wasn't given a bag with my stuff...I returned mind u, a few days later. I asked the cashier if they found a bag with two items I paid for, showing the receipt and hoping they found a bag with the items and set them aside. The old lady with short grey hair, a twisted face then huffed at me and wasn't kind at all. I explained if not I was okay, I wasn't making a big deal and would buy the items again, stating I was just checking. She rolled her eyes and stated she would ask the manager. The manager was nice and stated she would check the cameras. Working retail I told her she didn't need to do that and stated it was kind of her, but I would just buy the items again. I was taken aback how rude the cashier was...it was uncalled for considering I bought the items and was just inquiring if someone found them upon showing the receipt.

Love the pharmacist here at this location. Also Melissa is the best she helped me get the lowest price for my medicine. Thank you thank you thank you. I was on a tight budget so I really appreciate them. Walgreens on university & extension is the best in town!
