We have had pretty annoying, complicated things happening with our health insurance and monthly prescriptions over the past year. We have always gone to this Walgreens pharmacy because its location is convenient, and they have always been mediocre or unhelpful, until Kay took over in February. Since then, they have gone above and beyond and been SO helpful with our dumb health insurance’s unusual problems. I have been talking smack about this pharmacy for years but now I have only good things to say about their service and reliability. Thank you, thank you, Kay and staff!!

Caleb gets 10 stars. The only good worker there. He was going back and forth from the photo to the front to help us prepare for our wedding the next day. The other employee working with him was disrespectful and rude in front of employees. He was upset he had to wait in line while Caleb was helping us so he could get a KitKat AFTER he clocked back in from lunch 10 minutes prior. (He said this in front of us).

You need more staff and better staff. Waiting in the drive thru for 15+ minutes to only get to a guy that is brand new and doesn't know anything. Then today the lady in your drive thru did the same thing. Had to reverse put of the drive thru only to come on a wait for your staff to finish a extended phone call about scheduling vaccines... How about you front desk people focus on customers in store or put in the drive thru. You can have the 3 - 4 staff in back field calls. Or someone off site so don't tie up the limited staff you have on site. The top it off the drive-thru person was finished with all the customers at that point looked at me and walked in the back then I had the pharmacist look at me and say oh we'll be right with you but then it took an extra 10 minutes. The terrible all around
