Acceptable Walgreens but not my favorite. But this location is a 24-hour location so it does get some points for he not open 24/7. Has all the bare necessities one could ask for at for example 4:22 AM. Not in need for a high end fully loaded store just looking for some candy and pens.

just was at this Wallgreens for a very simple one week supply of thyroid med which had been ordered 2 days ago. Stood in line about 20 minutes even though I counted 7 people working in the back of the pharmacy. Finally was called to the window; my order was looked up only to get this reply, " your order has to be sent in from some other location & won't be ready until Monday." The service is the worst I have ever experienced & will probably drive extra miles in the future just to get a more considerate & faster service.

Jasmine- the pharmacist over there is a real one! I called him this morning because I had no idea where my anxiety pills are and I still don’t and guess what that’s OK because Jazmin put a smile on my face and she was so hospitable and nice to me over the phone. She looked up at three different Walgreens where my prescription was and I really appreciate that.

This is the worst Walgreens! I had an antibiotic called by my Dr to this pharmacy after hours since it's a 24 hrs pharmacy. I called after a couple of hours to check the status of my prescription. I waited patiently on the phone for my turn for a good 25 minutes to finally get a recording saying they had some difficulties and to call latter. We waited for another hour and decided to go and to wait for my medication. The guy told me that they had a problem with the insurance and to give him my insurance's card. After working a little with his computer, he said "it's going to be about an hour" I asked him, why an hour? You don't have anybody waiting! There's nobody here! Than the pharmacist come with a big attitude and he said: "an hour is just an estimate, it's probably going to be more than an hour!" My husband and I tried to explain all that was going on but they didn't care. Nothing to do, they do whatever they want. It's so frustrating!

If you have a sick child who needs medication, do not rely on this pharmacy. We sent a critical prescription here at 6:00 PM. I spent two hours on hold last night trying to get an update before giving up. By 8:00 AM the next morning, they told me it would still be a "couple of hours." We transferred the script to Safeway and they had it ready in 30 minutes. I understand being busy, but making a sick kid wait 14+ hours for basic medicine (antibiotics) is terrible service. I feel bad for the understaffed people working here, but management has completely failed this location. Avoid if you actually need your medicine on time.
