Horrible. Called pharmacy to get a refill on my inhaler and I could barely understand the pharmacy tech. Words slurring, kept misunderstanding my birthdays. Damn near sounded like she was on somethin. At the end of the call she asked "is that all you wanted?" I responded "yes" and b4 I could say thank you, she hung the phone up. DO NOT GO HERE. There's a Frys right up the street. Will be goin there from now on.

Very unhelpful. I was told a prescription would be ready in 3/25 and it wasn’t. I was told it should then be ready on 3/26 and to call in if I didn’t get a text. So I called on 3/26. The lady who answered the phone had some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She finally told me it was on back-order and she didn’t know when it would be in (fine, not her fault). She then told me to “call around” to other places and see if anyone had it. I asked her why that was my job when they have incorrectly told me the prescription would be in the last 2 days, and she dismissed me. I called another Walmart, and lo and behold, that gentleman was very nice and able to point me to the proper direction to actually get my prescription. He didn’t tell me to just “call around” and brush me off like he didn’t want to do his job. Whoever the young lady that answered the phone was definitely needs customer service training ASAP.

Inability to process medication at a timely manner, system tells you meds are ready, when you get there, still over an hour wait..walmart has gone down hill quickly...finding a new pharmacy

Terrible customer service. Horrible wait times. Nonchalant attitude. I could go on. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I had such a great experience at this pharmacy thanks to the amazing tech Deziree. Even with a busy line, she was incredibly patient and took the time to answer my questions without rushing. Definitely appreciate thier dedication and highly recommend this pharmacy!
