I just switched pharmacies because of change in drug coverage and I am so pleased. Staff were extremely helpful in making sure that are all my prescriptions were transferred, text messages identify costs of RX, and I am asked if I would like a consult. My previous pharmacy never offered a consult and I did not know the cost of RX until pickup. The staff are helpful and show that they care about good customer service.

The pharmacy may not have as in depth selection of all medications and dosages but they work with you and let you know. They are extremely kind and personable and are very quick when you need help and communication between the Dr and patient. A pharmacy w great customer service? Unheard of these days.

Terrible customer service. The worst! The pharmacy is supposed to open at 10am. But instead of opening at 10am, the manager only shows up at 10:01. And he says that it will still be half an hour to wait for the computers to come on. When I questioned him to why he didn't come in time to be fully opened on time, his response was he doesn't get paid enough to come in and have the store up and running on time. Kelvin should be fired and management should retrain employees on what it means to be open and ready for business on time.

The people who work at the store are wonderful. The digital weekly ads are horrible. It will likely result in us spending a lot less at the store.

I enjoy everything in this store. The pharmacy is very good, friendly, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend Albertsons store on Silverbell and the pharmacy.
