I've had the pleasure to visit the Walgreens pharmacy at 4700 East Broadway Blvd today. I have been shopping at that store and also satisfying my prescription medication needs for a while now. I am continually amazed by the superior customer service that I receive there. Today when I visited the pharmacy I was helped by the pharmacy technician supervisor Andrea. She was absolutely wonderful. She assisted me with not only the medication I was there to pick up but also with some other product that I needed for post surgery. She also helped me with a technical issue that I was having loading my form of payment into their system so that I could pay for my medication to be delivered. As compensation she gave me a rain check for a future delivery at no charge. Overall I was extremely pleased by the feeling she left me with which was one of compassion and satisfaction for my visit there today. As I finished with the pharmacy I realized that I had about a half hour to wait for Sun Van to come pick me up and take me home. The manager Nick offered me a comfortable chair to sit in by the front entrance so I could keep an eye out for my ride. Nick is probably the nicest person that works in that store, and I am continually impressed with how clean and organized that store looks every time I walk in. Nick is not only a nice guy but he's a hard worker because every time I walk into that store I see him hard at work stocking shelves and doing other specific duties the same as his personnel would be doing. He's definitely a Hands-On manager. I will continue to shop at that particular Walgreens for as long as I live in Tucson

People answering the phone at pharmacy should learn how to talk, very disrespectful

Decently friendly staff but fairly bare shelves and that most freezer food was locked... Apparently a high theft item??

I really like this Walgreens. The people working there really go out of their way to serve you. The Pharmacy people are always attentive and will always answer any questions, even if it means coming out on the selling floor to help you find what your looking for with the dos and don'ts on how to use the merchandise. I highly recommend the Walgreens on Broadway and Swan.
