Went to pick up a script today and Matthew was so kind and responsive to the many options that my script offered. When I called to check cost of the script he informed me that there were multiple options available. When I approached the counter, my script was already prepared and Matthew found me the best option and a price I could afford. I love the team at this pharmacy. Steven

The pharmacy staff member I just spoke with on the phone was incredibly rude. I believe he said his name was "Damon". He first complained about not being able to hear me so I took off my headphones so he could hear me more clearly, he sounded muffled too but I didnt make too much problem about that. He then said something I didn't understand fully and I repeated the words I understood and when I asked him to repeat the rest, he was almost yelling over the phone and I said "apologies, you sound a bit muffled too so I couldn't hear everything you" ... and he hung up on me mid sentence. Extremely disrespectful.

I can tell that working at this pharmacy is a hard job, especially with all the BS insurance companies put us all through. In particular, I want to thank Arman for being the MVP of this branch. He has a savant level understanding of pharmacy insurance, and has saved me multiple times from being ripped off. He’s a big part of the reason I come to this pharmacy.

This is re: Pharmacy. As many reviewers have mentioned, phone etiquette and mannerism is lacking. Somewhat rude, somewhat disinterested to help and/or answer questions. You get unnecessarily anxious even thinking about calling and checking on your meds. BUT, once there, all goes well. I especially want to recognize the pharmacy techs who do a great job. My suggestion would be to get to know them, ask for their names, hi . . . hello . . . etc. So when you call, you know who the tech is and all's well.

Whoever staffs this pharmacy should be ashamed. The staff here are by and large the most unprofessional, rude, arrogant, and unhelpful people I have ever encountered - coming from someone who’s also worked as a pharmacy tech for years. At CVS, we had standards for how to speak with patients, I suggest management get some. Every time I come to pick up a prescription, the male pharmacy tech is so foul and disrespectful. He never speaks a word during a transaction unless it’s to humiliate or berate you. I know I am not the only person to complain about him and if management is reading this, you know who I am referring to as well. I genuinely hope he loses his position after so many have complained, so he will finally learn some common courtesy and professionalism. In the meantime, I’ve cancelled any prescriptions at this location and am moving to a further, but hopefully more decent pharmacy. I recommend anyone reading this, do the same.
