The guy hung up on me 3 times. I had to go over there in person to ask when my prescription will be ready. He said he needs my insurance information and he’s waiting on me even though he never communicated this to me. When I told him I called him 3 times and he kept hanging up he said “your phone isn’t working”. I’m glad they didn’t have my insurance information because I asked my doctor if they can send my prescription to another pharmacy. They said they can but if Solano had already processed my prescription, I would have to pay full price elsewhere. Based on other reviews, this seems to be the scam they’re running. I don’t think they had any intention of fulfilling my prescription.

Great little pharmacy with small town feel. I used g to get my meds at Walgreens but they were never ready on time. I always had to come back. Since switching to Solano my meds are always waiting for me when I get there. I’d much rather have my money helping to support this small business rather than the giant Walgreens corporation.

Keeps hanging up on me. Didn’t fill my script. Broken phones. If there’s a problem with a prescription, don’t fax the doctor. Send an electronic message through EMR or phone call. It’s not 1984, and faxes get lost.

Just moved here and had my meds sent to this pharmacy for me to pick up. Day 1: The pharmacist refused to fill a prescription because my address was wrong. Cool, no problem I'll change the address on file and have my PCP resend it with the correct address. Day 3: Call back because he didn't reach out after receiving the second prescription. Again, he refused to fill it because my doctor's address was in a different state. Said he'd call them to confirm and get back to me. Day 5: Call back. He's not in. The assistant says he'll call me back. He doesn't. Day 6: I call back because he didn't reach out to me or my PCP. So I call him back, he says sorry and that he'll call my PCP and call me back. He still didn't. I have cut my dose in half so that withdrawal doesn't completely take me out. I could have spent all this time working with a different pharmacy. Instead, I'll be rationing what little I have left and desperately calling other pharmacies in hopes someone can fill it before Monday when I run out completely.

Don't ever ask your doctor to send prescription to this pharmacy. This pharmacy has a wierd rule that they won't give the medicine if the doctor is not in the san francisco area. The actual rule is that the doctor should be within the same state. I get the same prescriptions filled in all the other pharmacies in san francisco and thought of trying this pharmacy as i saw home delivery available. But i had to ask my doctor to re send the prescription to another pharmacy. It looks like this pharmacy searches for reasons to not sell the medicine. It's better to close the pharmacy rather than keeping it open as its of no use to anyone.
