Never send your prescription to this pharmacy. The first time it took days for them to process the prescription and it only happened after I managed to reach out to them on the phone. The same issue happened again the second time. There is always something “missing” on the prescription from the provider that they couldn’t process the prescription and I have to go back and forth between the physician and this pharmacy to get it sorted out. It’s a joke.

There is such a thing as too much customer care and attention and the pharmacists here have embraced it wholly. The pharmacy here will give anybody their full and undivided attention…. For however long it takes. This is wholesome but quickly becomes an issue for the majority of clients. I don’t recommend this pharmacy.

they keep canceling my medication orders without telling me why. every single time i call it takes me 10 minutes to reach ANYONE and then when i finally connect they tell me to hold and then the call drops. to make things worse, going to the pharmacy in person takes at least 30 minutes because the line is always long because they are chronically understaffed. this is the worst pharmacy in the city. go elsewhere if you can

I’ve been coming here for years, and the staff is always super friendly. They know my name and always help me find what I need. It’s nice to have a local pharmacy you can trust.

Waited 20 mins just for someone to unlock the case for shampoo. Man before me waited 30. Ridiculous no one cares or does their job here. Consistently slow, dirty, and incompetent.
