Here to get vaccine and was informed by an employee to scan the QR code to check in. I waited for 30+ minutes and the person at the window told me that I should have checked in at the window. He blamed me for not reading the sign even though it clearly didn’t say to check at the window. If you must get vaccine here, don’t follow the sign and check in at the window. Otherwise, you will wait for nothing.

Only 1 star because I can't make it lower. Prepare to wait 9-5 business years for your meds. Just go somewhere else, save yourself. I was foolish and gave them the benefit of the doubt - don't do what I did, run and never look back. Once I was told to wait 30min becuase my meds were being prepped - I waited 1.5hrs. Another time I was messaged my meds were ready - was told to wait an hour becuase they were, in fact, not ready. Almost didn't get my meds once becuase after repeatedly telling them my name and giving them my ID the clerk kept thinking my last name was my first and insurance kept denying it. Didn't get resolved until the other clerk took pity and did it herself after fighting for my meds for almost 30min. Then I wait for my "ready" meds again. Literally go anywhere else if you can, dear lord. I'm writing this while waiting for my meds AGAIN, 1hr into my "30min wait", and watching the lady at the counter argue with the clerk becuase they told her her meds would be ready 30min ago. EDIT: Clerk finally called me back up after an hour and a half. They cannot process my meds today. I have lost years off my life, and I am transferring my prescriptions to Safeway

After over 30 years of frequenting this location I have finally taken my business to CVS which is a couple of miles away as opposed to a few blocks away. During those 30 years of patronage and many dollars, I am ecstatic to say I will never walk into that store again. Most of the front of the stores employees are fine. It's pharmacy that has a couple of individuals who are completely oblivious of customer service. It's such a shame because it's so much more accessible than other pharmacies in our neighborhood but so far the difference between the 30th and Mission store and the CVS on Haight St. is night and day. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this Walgreens at all costs. The final straw was being hung up on after requesting the status of a prescription. BTW, I escalated my complaint to their corporate offices twice; no response.

Me and my friends got kicked out by the security guard just because we’re wearing Halloween costumes and being rude about it . It was a Halloween night. He needs to focus more on people that are stealing and being more rude. I highly doubt that he won’t do the same thing on us then when people stealing on the store. that wearing costumes.

You can see by other reviews that this place is the worst. The attitude when they thought I didn’t have insurance vs the 180 chance when I did. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect regardless of their situation.
