Rude pharmacist! I was sold three months of a prescription instead of my usual one. It was also the wrong dosage. Because I’m in between insurance I paid out-of-pocket the abnormally expensive price. I needed the meds and didn’t feel I had a choice so I paid and left. When I got home I opened the bag and realized they had included three boxes instead of one. I’ve been going to Walgreens for two years once a month to pick up my prescription and all of a sudden they sold me three!!! Why would they do that? It didn’t occur to me that there were two extra boxes as I was so focused on the incorrect dosage amount. But when I immediately went back to the pharmacy to ask to be refunded for the other two, the pharmacist flat out refused. He said it was against the law. He wouldn’t take any responsibility for their part in the mistake. He was dismissive, arrogant, and adamant it was my fault. He said I could just throw them away. The boxes had not been touched or opened, seals intact. He could have possessed a modicum of decency and easily refunded me, done the right thing, and acknowledged THEIR part in the mix up. But he hid behind the law, as if a policeman was standing right there waiting to arrest him. Clearly, his only interest is in the bottom line and taking an extra $100 from me and making his power known. Even the salesperson who sold me the meds felt bad. People like him have no business interacting with the public. He just lost me as a longstanding customer. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

On March 29, 2026, Marilou went out of her way explaining me about sunblocks, which I know nothing about, and Joanna went out of her way to explain how Walgreens points and coupons work, which I also know nothing about. I would post on the Walgreens survey, however, I didn't know that there's a 72 limit on the QR code on my Walgreens receipt. Thanks.

This place is like a black hole with respect of internet and phone connection. If there is a long line and need to communicate that to your family, forget about it. You cannot even use the walgreens app on your phone. Very frustrating.

Went out of their way to be helpful - called my doctor when a prescription didn't line up and was very patient with messed up orders. Some very kind people work here.

There is one pharmacist who is very helpful and I like her, thus the 3 stars. Leaving this review because if you ever have to call and deal with a prescription issue, the hold time is over 1 hour. If you drive there and go in person, it is much faster; however, calling customers should be handled in a more timely manner as well. Not sure if this is a staffing issue or what, but I haven't had this issue with any other pharmacy.
