Friendly, well lit, well stocked, .staff helped me find sale options and checked back stock on an item which had run out on the shelf. Many items in cosmetics, dental, skin And hair care are under lock and key; staff arrive promptly if you push the button.

Extremely disappointed by an experience my wife and I had today at the Walgreens on 24th St and Noe. After paying for our groceries and heading out, a cashier followed us outside to aggressively accuse my wife of stealing a newspaper. ​The "stolen" item? A paper she had already owned and was carrying when we walked in. ​It’s hard not to see this as profiling, especially as my wife wears a hijab. In a neighborhood that prides itself on being "inclusive," being targeted and attacked like this over a personal belonging feels like a step backward. Security is one thing, but harassment is another. We deserve to shop in our own neighborhood without being treated like suspects

I've had some truly unprofessional experiences at this Walgreens pharmacy, all because of one pharmacist. Every time I've dealt with him, he speaks to me in an accusatory, condescending way, as if I'm a problem rather than a patient simply trying to get prescribed medication. He escalates situations instead of trying to help, never offers solutions, and treats people like they're inconveniences, or worse, drug-seekers. Pharmacists are supposed to help patients access the medications they need to manage their health. Instead, his attitude makes the process stressful and hostile. I've since spoken to at least two other people who had similar run-ins with him; so this isn't just my experience, it's a pattern. This Walgreens needs to take a serious look at how this pharmacist interacts with customers. In my opinion, he should not be in a role where compassion, professionalism, and problem-solving are essential.

Pharmacy tech struggles with basic arithmetic and manually canceled a (non-narcotic) prescription because he thought it was early; the app will actually prevent you from refilling early, but he took it upon himself to do so. They previously also marked a full refill as "partial" which made it impossible to transfer to a better functioning Walgreens. As other reviewers point out, there's an issue almost every time you go to this location. Would try elsewhere if you can.

Pharmacy is seriously understaffed. Every time I have to pick up prescription (no matter the time) it is at least 20 minutes in line. Support a different pharmacy. This is what you get from monopolies.
