Update: every review with 1 star says the same thing. Lost my business. Will never ever work with them again. Bad customer service, incompetent staff, lazy, but also look heavily medicated. Over the year that I went to this pharmacy it seemed that every time there was ALWAYS something going wrong with their customer service. They don’t care if you’re in line waiting. There will be 5 staff members hovering around while scheduled pickups are waiting…and one person is talking to a disgruntled customer yelling at them at this point. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME becuase they are NEVER prepared. It’s sickening. They will text you that they have your order ready and then won’t have it ready for pick up and will make you wait around for 30 minutes while they “make” it. (For eye drops mind you) As of January 22nd 6:30pm all staff members that work at this location should be fired and replaced with competent people who value customer service. I’m begging you to consider this whoever runs review management. For customers reading this: Take your business to the nearby Safeway if possible and run far far away from this black hole. Find peace—this place has none.

The reason for the meh rating is because of wait times. The staff are great most of the time but there always seems to be someone with an issue that takes up so much time and there are only so many of the available pharmacy qualified employees that can go back and help process customers. That is why I switched to mail-in for my constant prescriptions but if I need one immediately, I have it sent there and hope when I show up there aren't 6 people waiting.

Worst service ever. I received the text from them said we will hold your prescription until July 14. Then when I go to pick up at July 14, they said my order is cancelled as I don’t come to pick up. I showed them the text and they just told me the order is already canceled. If the text doesn’t work at all, why do they have text services? My prescription is a very simple birth control pill. My physician told me she prescribed 3 months quantities for me, but this Walgreens only allows me to pick up month by month, which is already annoying enough. Now adding that they canceled my order randomly sometimes, I DON’t RECOMMEND ANYONE COME HERE! VERY IRRESPONSIBLE PHARCY!!!!

Staff were very nice, and at least three different people helped me find things. They had a lot of covid tests and eye drops. btw, if a pharmacy doesn't give you a three month supply, that is because many insurance providers now sign deals with certain pharmacies and limit what you can get at competitor pharmacies. It is really ridiculous, and California has been passing bills to curb this behavior by pharmacy benefit plans.

Not sure what is happening at this location but the pharmacy has been glacially slow on multiple occasions. If you’re in need of medication quickly make sure to call and confirm they are actively filling it otherwise it will just sit there for more than a day. Will be filling my prescriptions elsewhere going forward.
