I've had consistently good experiences at this pharmacy. The line is often short and there have been no issues filling in-demand medications, unlike smaller pharmacies. The automated phone system is trash, but once you can get a hold of someone, they're very helpful.

This pharmacy has struggle tremendously with communication with patient efficient and ensuring prescription are filled when they are ordered requiring a considerable amount of follow up. If you can I would not utilize this pharmacy to fill any needed daily medications you need to remain healthy.

Ridiculous wait times. Non responsive team. Cannot get ahold of anyone on the phone 4 weeks and counting. Have made dozens of calls to them in this time and have been on hold for a collective 8 hours.

Pharmacy staff knowledgeable and efficient. But system does not seem to have capacity to delay filling a prescription when I am out of town. Thus, they fill the RX as soon as doctor sends it in. If I cannot pick up within 7 days, the RX gets sent back to inventory and I have to start over. Very frustrating.

I’m not from USA and unfortunately I had an emergency while I was in San Francisco. This was the closest pharmacy near my hotel and I found everything that I was looking for. Pretty convenient and it carries most of the essential medical products if not everything.
