Best pharmacy in town! Great store manager who has been working at this location since its opening. Most well run pharmacy with great pharmacy staff who truly care! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to switch pharmacies. Store is neat and clean and stocked well with products. The staff there are always more than willing to go above and beyond to help. Always a person there when I walk in to great me and ask if I need help finding something. Great customer service is hard to come by these days - but not at this store! Great to see caring people!

Apparently I can’t come in with coins anymore because the lady doesn’t want to “waste her time” meanwhile she’s on her phone not attending any of the customers very poor service and on top of that there was no name tag so I can’t report her she had a septum piercing, glasses, and is a dirty blonde she’s been very rude the past couple of times we went every time I get this lady she’s always very rude but when it comes to other workers they’re fine with it maybe don’t work at a cvs if you don’t want to attend customers. Also I will be contacting corporate if the issues are not addressed all these reviews and for you guys not to do anything is just UNACCEPTABLE.

The manager there needs some mental help. She was screaming her head off on the phone, with apparently her ex, screaming profanities. I told her calmly that she needed to tone it down. She said she didnt have to and that even if she was reported she has been there 12 years and CVS wasnt going to do a thing abt it. The only reason I gave it a 1 is bc the pharmacy employees have always been nice and the young girl who was working the register yesterday was amazing. But the manager needs to get some much needed mental help for sure. Theres no shame in that.

Pharmacy is never open on time and the employees in the front just stand around talking and give out incorrect information on when the pharmacy is going to be open. Also when you call and speak to the virtual assistant, you can finally try to connect to an associate but they never answer. The phone just rings and rings. Not great. Definitely should do better. People depend on their medication..

Very disappointed with my experience at CVS. The store was dirty and overall poorly managed. On top of that, I was refused access to the restroom as a paying customer, which was handled with little professionalism or courtesy. The customer service throughout the store felt dismissive, and there seemed to be very little concern for the experience of customers walking in. A business that serves the public should maintain a cleaner environment and treat customers with basic respect and professionalism. Overall, this CVS location feels disorganized and poorly run. After this experience, I will likely take my business elsewhere and would not recommend this location to others.
