Absolutely love this Medicine Shoppe. They are so friendly, quick, and no waiting forever on the phone for someone to answer like other pharmacies! Scott is amazing and always calls to update me about when my medications are ready and to go over prices before they are made. I have an 11-year-old dog who is on multiple compounded medications and they always impress me with their turnover time and professionalism. Roni at the register is sweet as can be and always so kind/smiling. My doggy and me are so grateful for this team ❤️

I cannot say enough positive about this pharmacy! The prescriptions are always filled on time, sometimes I forget and I'll call the day of and they'll have it ready same day! The staff are some of the kindest caring people you'll ever meet! They always take their time in are so informative whenever I walk through the door we're on our first name basis truly a gem love this pharmacy!

The front desk & pharmacist are the best. Very friendly & helpful! Will take time to answer questions & discuss medications. Go out of their way to help you out. Even got a happy birthday phone call. Thank you Barry & the Medicine Shoppe! An update to my previous review, I don't believe anyone purposely did anything wrong here but they always called before mailing anything out before but just as a warning that if you have 1 or 3 addresses or credit cards on file they will automatically charge and mail out whichever they believe to be the most current. As much as I like Barry, Scott & everyone who works there, they really messed things up for me here this time. I would have preferred to pick it up as I sometimes do. This prescription between out of pocket doctor fees and compounding fees is 10% of my yearly annual income, yet I'm at their mercy, just wish I would have received a courtesy call as I always have. They were kind to say they would call from here on out, with a note on my file, but now I'm hoping I can track down a prescription that was apparently delivered to an old address 3 days ago.

I was charged $50 more for the exact same prescription (same strength, same quantity) than I paid at the Union Medicine Shoppe. I was surprised by the price difference and called to ask about it. The person who answered the phone told me they disclose the cost when they call to say a prescription is ready — but that did not happen in this case. I would have had more time to look into the matter at home if that had been the case. Instead, I was confused if I had paid more at the other location due to I have only had this particular script - the way it was written - filled once before. To make sure there wasn’t a mistake, when I got home and found my old receipt, I contacted the Union location. They confirmed their pricing was correct and explained that each Medicine Shoppe is independently owned, which means pricing can vary widely. I wish the pricing had been communicated upfront so I could have made an informed decision, and I would have appreciated a more respectful tone when I asked about the discrepancy. I’ll be returning to the Union location where the pricing has been consistent and the staff more courteous. The tone I got was one of being offended that I was a bit annoyed about the price being $50 more. Who wouldn't be? I wasn't yelling or being rude. So they also have poor customer service.

I can’t say enough great things about the medicine Shoppe..Barry has gone beyond helping me with my medication.I actually feel bad for all he’s done for me. He’s a true hero in my eyes and ALWAYS takes his time explaining things to you.. All the staff is amazing, so kind and also so helpful..A huge shout out to all of you. Thank You for being my pharmacy 😊
