Absolutely outstanding experience at the UCHealth Pharmacy at Memorial Hospital Central today! In stark contrast to some other locations that can feel hindering and unhelpful, the team here was incredibly supportive and went above and beyond to resolve my prescription needs quickly and smoothly, even on a holiday when most places are closed! The staff worked together seamlessly, like a well-oiled machine, with everyone pitching in to make sure everything was handled efficiently. They were all so friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. It really brightened my day during what could have been a stressful situation. Huge shoutout for being open and operating at full capacity on Martin Luther King Jr. Day. That level of dedication to patient care is truly noteworthy and appreciated more than words can say. If you need a pharmacy that's reliable, compassionate, and truly puts patients first, this is the one. Thank you to the entire team. You're the best! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Assured by doctors and nurses this was the best option after a Saturday discharge because it’s “not busy”. 1 antibiotic to pick up and after being told it was going to be “about 5 minutes” by the pharmacist, we have been waiting over an hour. This place is completely packed as well, although it wasn’t when we arrived.

I was there before they opened at 7am. The gal took my prescription right away once they opened and checked that she was able to fill it, and gave me a time frame. She was polite and helpful. Currently they are the only pharmacy open this early as we've lost a 24 hour pharmacy in Colorado Springs it seems.

It’s nice to have access to the pharmacy before leaving the hospital after treatment. Stopping on the way home is inconvenient and I appreciate being able to get home and recover. Friendly and helpful.

Very helpful - was in an er the night before , no pharmacy open, needed to get to Denver for 2nd attempt to fly out - called the night before & they assured me they would have it ready - In & Out 🙏🏻🙏🏻🩷
