I am surprised by the comments here. The employees have always been great in my experience, especially the pharmacists, Tyler and Ben. They are very knowledgeable, kind, polite, and always willing to listen to and respond to all of my questions, no matter how busy they are. I trust them completely. They are a great asset to the company, and the reason I have used this pharmacy for many, many years. I would also like to give a big shout out to Krisann. She is wonderful! And she, too, is very helpful and knowledgeable. She has worked there many years, and it is always a pleasure to have her help me. She is extremely patient, and treats everyone with respect. She always takes the time to explain any concerns or questions I might have, no matter how inane they might be. 😀 The other employees who work the counter have all been amazing and pleasant, too. I appreciate all of them. A big plus is that they go out of their way to give me the best prices on all of my prescriptions. You can’t go wrong using this pharmacy! Thank you to all the people who work there.

Be sure you get Ashley, she is a pharmacy tech. She is the kindest and nicest tech that this King Soopers has….. some of the girls there do not have a good attitude especially the one that has a Bun on top of her head her hair is really long and braided and has a lot of piercings and tattoos and she wears glasses & . Heavy makeup ….She always seems angry whenever I come in or ask any questions. All the pharmacist are very, very informative and kind.ASHLEY is very informative and you can really tell she loves her job by her customer Service!♥️ THANK YOU ASHLEY & kootoes to ALL the Pharmacists😘🎄♥️

I truly cannot agree with the bad reviews for this great KS Pharmacy and staff. I recently changed from Uintah Garadens to this store due to the bad behavior of customers and new camping neighbors nearby Uintah Gardens. I have used the Centennial Blvd. pharmacy many times already, both the drive-thru and the inside service counter. I have obtained several vaccinations here as well. I am a customer service compliance expert, and can truly say, these folks at the King Soopers Pharmacy on Centennial Blvd walk on water and eat fire in my book on exceptional customer service. 5 Thumbs Up!

This is the third time I've had to go get meds in the last 3 days for a very sick mom. 1st day told it wasn't going to ready until tomorrow. I had a talk with them how important these heart meds were, then had to wait 30 min. Day 2, made sure to wait 3 hours before going to pick up the new meds. Ended up waiting at the store for an hour. Today new meds again, waited on hold for 20 minutes. Then was told they wouldn't be ready until 5:30 pm. Doctor put them in at 2:30pm. Never have had to wait so long here or anywhere before. Not very happy,. Going to change where we get our prescription.

I used them for years out of convenience but I just can't anymore. When they don't have something in stock, no matter how urgent the need may be, their automated system just lets you know that it may take a few days or sometimes even a week to get it in. I have asked a few times if they could check other King Soopers and they wouldn't even do that for me (the Uintah location has, but apparently Centennial just doesn't have that ability?). My last prescription was sent in by my doctor around 3 pm for a steroid that I needed to start that day, but their system didn't acknowledge it until 11 am the following day. There is no urgency (staff nor computer system), no communication, and generally they just don't seem to care. And I'm tired of fighting it.
