The pharmacy in Safeway on S Nevada is the best pharmacy I've ever frequented. The staff is always friendly and prompt, happy to help over the phone and have always been able to resolve my needs (even last-minute). What a great team!

For the most part, the pharmacy staff is nice and pleasant to work with. The only time I have had an issue with this pharmacy is when I have had to transfer my prescriptions back to them. I would say it could be miscommunication with the other pharmacy that I work with sometimes. But because it has been two different pharmacies, and this has been the same one I use every time on the other end, it leads me to believe it's the miscommunication at this pharmacy. When I have had to transfer my prescriptions back to them somewhere, the ball is dropped, and my prescriptions do not get filled even when I give them a timely manner. Whatever issue they have with the other pharmacy, they do not inform the customer, and it leaves me having to figure out what's going on. If I do not keep up on them, they will leave me without my prescriptions. The communication between the pharmacy and the customer isn't there, and it is frustrating that they feel it is the customers' job to keep up on them to do their job. When I have spoke to the two other pharmacies letting them know that Safeway either can't get a hold of them or Safeway said the other pharmacy said they do not have those prescriptions, both times the other pharmacy have been confused by what Safeway is saying leading me to believe Safeway is the one having issues. I understand that they are very busy, but if you can't follow through with good communication to your customers, then it leaves me feeling good customer service isn't a priority.

Rudest pharmacy location I've ever experienced. Had to call around Safeways, trying to find a location that had my medication in stock as my current location is on backorder until November. The person on the phone seemed bothered I called, didn't even ask for my info to look me up in the system, and instead told me to look outside the chain because even if they had some in stock they would not fill my prescription as they "had their own people to take care of".
