Noel Morales 6 months agoNot the most efficient way to run a pharmacy, in my humble opinion. There were several staff members at the pharmacy, but most of them were either taking care of drive-thru customers or doing other things while only one person was helping the in-store customers.
Elissa 5 months agoThis pharmacy is a nightmare. They don't bother to answer the phone because they are "too busy" - not even when my doctor tried to get through! I have been given every excuse they could think up to get me to wait until the day I was actually OUT of medication to get a refill, and the past 2 months those happened to be holidays. And don't even get me started on the ridiculous wait times to even get the chance to be given an excuse! Because, again, they don't answer the phones so it has to be done in person. 0/5, Walgreens, get it together already.
Ronan Roswell a year agoThis Walgreens tends to close in the middle of the day, which I don't really understand. This is outside of their meal break between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m.. otherwise the staff is friendly and I can usually get in and out within 20 minutes if I'm standing in line. Waiting for my prescriptions. Other than the store pharmacy closing at odd times, it's a good Walgreens and the people that work behind the counter are very professional and friendly.
Ethan Faemer a year agoWorst. Pharmacy. Ever. I don't know what the problem is but these people wouldn't know their rears from a hole in the ground. First time I used their online service to order a refill I show up at the store and the guy at the pharmacy says "yeah that thing doesn't work lol sorry" so I have to wait all day to get my prescription. Second time, the order went through but could they be bothered to answer the phone? Or call me LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO to tell me my prescription is ready? Of course not. I finally decide to just go down and the guy behind the counter says "oh yeah its been ready for a while". Incompetent BARELY scratches the surface of this pharmacy. I will never be coming here again nor do I recommended anyone else attempt to use this pharmacy.
Natalie Funk a year agoI really hate to have to write a poor review for Walgreens, but this isn't the first time I have been treated rudely by a certain pharmacist. I don't know his name, because he conveniently doesn't wear his name tag---probably so he can continue to get away with his lack of customer service skills---all I know is that he is young and is a newer employee with dark-brown/black hair, a short nose and a cocky attitude. The first time I saw him, he walked past me without looking/greeting me in line, avoiding talking to me by circling to check the drive-thru and then hid over by the other pharmacists who were diligently filling prescriptions instead of coming to the window and being a productive team member who understands the company values Walgreens expects of its employees. After being there 10 min, I waited an additional 5 minutes before one of the busy associates had to point to me directing him to come to the window to help me. After all that, he was audacious and short with me. He doesn't smile and say hello, but rather, smugly holds a power-play over customers by telling them with condescending adamancy that he can't fill their prescription---even when I explained that over Christmas, I ran out and it it is something that is pertinent to my health and well-being for my recovery for my ailments. ANYONE ELSE---ANY OTHER EMPLOYEE--- would have taken the time to greet, show some level of compassion, and do what they could to make sure the person standing in front of them sharing their concerns and the importance to have their prescription was helped, especially if it was a circumstance where medication was NEEDED and that person was OUT OF MEDS, and without them there would be MEDICALLY DEBILITATING CONSEQUENCES---they would have MADE SURE I got what I needed----because THAT'S WHAT HUMANITY IS. To be continued... Natalie Rampelberg
