Absolutely unbelievable! Avoid this pharmacy at all costs! Had 2 prescriptions sent in at 5:30pm. Called at 6:30pm and were told it would be another hour and a half. Went to pick up the prescription at 8:15pm as we couldn't get anyone to answer the phone and they close at 9pm. After waiting half an hour at the pharmacy they finally ask self pay or insurance?! So it takes over 3 hours just to count the pills?! We tell them there is no insurance so they send it off to get discounted and then lost it! The prescription was gone due to some kind of computer glitch. We asked if we could just pay regular price but were told that was no longer an option and they were "waiting for it to come back". At 9pm they tell us that the prescription was still lost and that we would need to call the doctor in the morning to have the prescription sent somewhere else!! They called us shortly after we left and stated that they could now fill the prescription if we came back. We said we could be back in 15 minutes and they stated that they couldn't wait that long?! After we waited there for 45 minutes?!! They actually agreed to wait so we returned to the store and were only given 1 of the prescriptions! Never. Ever. Again.

Had 5 prescriptions sent to a different Walgreens Friday night after they were closed not realizing they were closed for the entire weekend. I called this Walgreens out of desperation on Sunday shortly before their meal break. They had no problems transferring my prescriptions to them. I was told due to the meal break it may be an extended wait but I would receive a call that same day when they were ready. That call came less than an hour later. I was physically unable to go, my husband had no problems picking up the medications for me. Thank you! Service and turn around is far better than I have come to expect at the location I have been going. Since this one isn't much further I will be transferring all my prescriptions to them.

horrible customer service and a bunch of workers who act like they are just incapable of doing their jobs then bragging on the way out the store how they left work early. i called at 330 on memorial day to ensure my meds would be ready i got there around 450 with a few minutes to spare and the pharmacy was already closed after i called and even made sure they closed at 5. avoid this place at whatever cost you can

Called yesterday to ensure that I would have a script filled for today when I needed it was assured by the person on the phone after a 45 minute wait that it was arriving and I would have it here driving in on my lunch break to be told that it didn’t derive yet somehow the person at the counter miraculously was able to find something to fill my script in the back. Why was this not communicated yesterday that my script could’ve been filled and collected this morning with whatever is in the back. Once I have my medication, I’m calling my doctor in finding another pharmacy because this is getting ridiculous. Every Walgreens locally has these problems and it’s absurd.

This Walgreens pharmacy has got to be the worst, I see why the 3.6 stars. I called in prescription refills around the 4th, after several days of no movement I call and they were trying to charge insurance I no longer had, that they've already been told I don't have, so of course they are going to deny it, I pay cash. Then a few more days go by, I go in to pick one of the scrips, Dr had miswrote date for refill, failed to communicate this for 4 days. By that time my Dr's office was closed for the weekend. Called Dr on Mon, new script sent in, days go by get a call saying it's ready, go to pick it up and pharmacy is "temp" closed. Now it's been 2 weeks, I haven't slept in a week, and when I tried to switch it to a different they said they can't have to call Dr., who is again closed for the weekend. So now I have to suffer 3 more days. Thanks Walgreens for treating me like a dope fiend.
