Got my wisdom teeth removed today, and my doctor put in the prescription order either yesterday or very early this morning. When my fiancé and I went to pick them up around 2:30pm the pharmacist was taking their lunch break, which is fine. I get that, but we came back at 3pm and waited about 20-30 minutes in line, and they didn’t have my medications. They even told us, “We’re closed over the weekend, and we have 100 other meds we still have to get to, so you’ll probably have to come back on Monday.” MONDAY!?!? Girl. I just got my wisdom teeth removed. I am in severe pain and also need my antibiotic medication so I don’t risk getting an infection. Luckily, after calling my doctor, they’re switching it to a different pharmacy that’s open over the weekend and doesn’t close until 8pm so hopefully, I can get my medications today, but this location needs to genuinely do better. There are some people out there who genuinely need some medications just to stay alive, and this is how they get treated. Also, I think they should retrain their staff on how to speak to customers, especially right after they’ve gotten surgery done and not just roll their eyes at the people who need them. No apology from her, just an eye roll. Anyways, I think this Walgreens is nice to get basic things like snacks, sodas, gifts, whatever, but please do not use this pharmacy. I’m in immense pain because I had surgery at 12:30pm and it’s now 5:30pm and I’m genuinely suffering because I don’t have my pain meds and antibiotics, which, again, I NEED. It’s not a “oops, sorry” kind of situation; it’s a “oh we’ll do our best to get your meds to you today, and if not, then we’re so sorry, maybe we can get them sent somewhere else.” Again, if you’re picking up meds that are needed ASAP please go to a different pharmacy, not here.

My go to pharmacy because i can use the drive thru or go inside. Either way they are very quick and efficient about getting customers their prescriptions. I'm never waiting more then 20 minutes and that's the longest I've ever waited there. Usually I'm there for less then 5 mins. I love this Walgreens

They do not have “reasonable modifications” to their bathroom policy for people with disabilities. I hope nobody that falls under the ADA comes to an emergency and needs a restroom, and looks to them for help because they will turn you away. Per Isaac, their district manager enforces this policy. This also violates Ally’s law.

This location offers excuses not good service. Evidently the pharmacist was on a phone call per the young girl at the drive up window as we waited for an hour with a line of angry people behind me. If you must fill your prescriptions at Walgreens try a different location. Let me add this was a pickup for 2:30. We were on our way well after 3:30. The prescription was called in the day before but the pharmacy was closed per the young female working the drive up.

I have better chances of getting ahold of my dad who passed 4 years than this pharmacy
