Everyone is so nice at this pharmacy. They go above and beyond - after years of being treated like crap at CVS, it’s a lovely change.

The pharmacist in the pink lense glasses is classist/ raceist. I went with my sister to pick up antibiotics for a blood infection. When we are checking in and she looks at my sis up and down and says "Medicaid i am assuming". Weird remark but we push past it and then she says they can't find the prescription in thier system and basically tried to dismiss us at that. We try to help her trouble shoot, offer possible solutions through her dismissmials of "no we dont have it here" after insisting that she keeps trying she found it under her married name. The interaction was unnecessarily unpleasant and I feel like a perception under a marital or maidin name is not uncomon enough to cause a pharmacy to turn away patients, this lady seemed determined not to serve my sister. We got through it like we were trying to pull her teeth. This is the walmart is the Broadmoor neighborhood so maybe they really dont like having to serve those they view below them. Send your scripts somewhere they will care about your life no matter your income.

The pharmacy told me enter my phone number I did it didn't recognize my phone number saying it's a landline so I speak to the supervisor she said the supervisor will not help me either for me to skip it so she wants me to sign a bunch of documents so I'm doing that right now she didn't want to help me figure out the phone number situation because there's other customers in line that's what you said but my phone is a cell phone from Verizon so it was never a landline it was a cell phone so if anybody's actually going to review this review investigate it Now they're tell me I have to sign every time I get my prescriptions I got to sign a bunch of paperwork every time I got to do this now when I talk to them on the phone they told me I don't have to pay no copay but you said I have to do this every time I get it

Mitch always helps where insurance or the doctors office falls short. I am so appreciative of the entire Walmart pharmacy for being there to fix almost every issue.
