Capsule makes my life better! At first I was almost put off by their friendliness; I’m not used to being called “dear” and reassured that I can contact them any time for any reason in a business interaction! But they are real people who understand what they do is vital to the well being of their clients. They go the extra mile when a prescription I need is expired. They worked with me when I missed a scheduled delivery window because I ran an errand and dropped my car keys somewhere. I always feel like they care about me as a person. Now if I could only find a primary care physician who acts that way! Just the convenience of prompt, reliable home delivery makes Capsule a game changer. Their unique attitude puts them in a league of their own, above any other pharmacy that offers home delivery.

I just made the change to Capsule Pharmacy about a couple months ago and they are a wonderful company. They have a chat feature with an actual live person that gives you updates and information when you need it. They are quick and they also deliver your prescriptions. I’ve been recommending them to everyone.

I agree with other reviews, I'm surprised that Capsule only has a 4.1 rating. Their patience, communicativeness, and professionalism are of the highest level. They seem genuinely interested in the quality of client care, which means providing an experience that never feels adversarial. I've recommended Capsule many times.

I’ve been using this service for about 2 years now and they are absolutely fantastic. Deliveries and drivers are always on time and super friendly, the online chat folks are the absolute best in handling refills and pre-authorizations, etc. very quickly. Can’t imagine ever having any reason to go to Walgreens or any other pharmacy ever again. 10 stars if I could!!!

NO MATTER WHAT THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND I WILL NOT HAVE ANYBODY ELSE AS MY PHARMACY EVER THESE GUYS ARE TOP-NOTCH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 100% COMPASSIONATE CARING AND THEY GET IT HANDLED
