I had an issue with the prescription dosage my doctor at a different Intermountain Health clinic location prescribed to my daughter for her sinus infection and in my desperate calling around pharmacies at 7:45pm to figure it out, I ended up talking to a pharmacist at this location. He was amazing. Soooo helpful - talked me through what the issue was, how to resolve it with the doctor, and even ordered me medication to have on-hand as a back-up plan in case i couldn't get it resolved quickly. This was 10 minutes before they closed for the night! But he was patient and was the only person who helped me / provided me a kind ear that was reassuring. Then, again, in the morning i called back and spoke to a different pharmacist and she was able to understand what I was saying without me having to overexplain this odd situation. Luckily the dosage issue had been resolved and she was able to confirm that for me. In a time where AI is taking over and you are on hold forever with customer service, staff at this location should be applauded for their personal touch and helpful attitude!

We had our daughter at St Joe’s on 10/03 and I cannot say enough how fantastic of an experience it was! Madelyn RN on L&D you are an angel, always listening and going the extra mile. There are so many fantastic nurses, residents/ Drs and midwives on this unit! You always feel supported and they love honest discussions and it never felt pushing on anything. Extra special shout out to the blonde nurse who took photos for us at delivery and after and transferred us to postpartum care. You are an angel and we will forever remember your great care! Postpartum care was equally as incredible! From the lactation consultants, house keeping staff, all the newborn pediatricians/ hearing screen staff! A special shout out to Melody and our night nurse I cannot remember your name but you were an angel!! You both went above and beyond even when we didn’t ask you to! You both are a credit to the profession! Thank you all! If I missed anyones name I’m truly sorry. It was a blur but what I will always remember is how you all made us feel so loved and cared for!

Such a great pharmacy team you have there. Alicia and Alex are always friendly and know their stuff. The rest of the team is great too! They all just seem like really good people. Thanks for filling my prescriptions - Regan

Very pleased with the doctors and nurses in the emergency dept, cardiac unit and telemetry unit. They took good care of me and all were very caring.
