The check-in process was astoundingly easy. I showed up right on time, and using the QR code on my Denver Health login I was able to check-in and pay in under one minute. The assistant came and got me in just another minute and I was able to see the doctor and complete my exam in under 20 minutes. Everyone was kind, friendly, and efficient, and all my questions were answered in detail. I can't imagine a smoother system than this QR code check-in.

This review is strictly about the phone lines. I have a very important question to ask about my migraine medication, and I have been trying to get it filled. I had to go to the urgent care for my migraine, because they said they were out of stock at every location, which is fine. I totally understand things like this happen, but when I asked them when they can be expecting more, they didn't know, and I have been trying to call them since, with absolutely no luck of anybody answering. The phone just rings and rings in rings. I've tried all night and this morning. I just think you guys need to get a team together to strictly answer all the prescription calls cause they're pretty busy, otherwise. But overall I think they're friendly, and kind. I just think the phone process needs to be changed or updated or however you wanna put it because, I don't always have time to just go down there and talk to somebody for them, not to know what's going. Thank you

Denver Health Pharmacy is an impediment to me being able to take my medications as prescribed. Mostly because of slow fulfillment, and apparently, some computer issues as well. I have run out four times in recent memory. Not because of anything I’ve changed in terms of how I request refills. Two years ago, they were a five, not a two.

The pharmacy staff is amazing and incredibly hardworking! Despite the pharmacy always being busy, they work efficiently, so you don’t typically have to wait long. They also handle tasks like filling prescriptions and managing pharmacy calls excellently. I’m really impressed—thank you all for your dedication and effort!

I call them within business hours and never get an answer and then the phone hangs up on me. I called over and over and over!
