Pharmacist and Techs are always friendly and willing to help and answer questions. They are generally a busy store, but do a great job to get you served efficiently. Recently, they went out of there way to get my meds ready before leaving for a trip right before closing time!!!

Always a fantastic experience at this pharmacy! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they always have what I need in stock. I appreciate how quick and efficient they are, making my visits super convenient.

I was having trouble with the self check out machine, and the woman working the counter on 12/17 @ 2:40pm was very kind in helping me, but when I expressed how it would be so great if we could all just check out personally with her, given how complicated the self checkout was, she (in front of other customers), asked why I was complaining to which I very politely replied. I was actually showing gratitude towards how helpful you are and seeing how I wished we could check out with her directly. She was the only one working in the register, so this makes me believe that she is often frustrated by being shortstaffed and having to deal with the self check out and took it out on me. Honestly, it’s an unfortunate ending to what was otherwise a very positive experience, but there needs to be a little bit more care given to the customer.

Literally the best of the best pharmacy team. Been going here for 5 years and they have never dropped the ball, they always fill what I need and get orders in on time. I will miss this pharmacy when I move out of town this year.

Want the very best of friendly, courteous and professional Service by pharmacy personnel, use CVS Union Station, they go out of their way to make one feel welcome, what a pleasure it is
