I absolutely can completely see why there are so many one star reviews for this horrible location. First time I’ve had interactions location. I was calling in to speak to a pharmacist or pharmacy tech for a question I had I was literally on their automated ridiculous ridiculous. System for eight minutes just to be hung up on without hearing the word of a person I called back. Do you want the automated system for another 8 to 10 minutes Only to be able to leave a voicemail as an option CVS you’re despicable, bro

This location is NOT open 24-hours (store or drive-through pharmacy) and they DO NOT have 24-hour covid vaccine appointments. Long story short, CVS allows you to book any time slot for a covid vaccine, but website is wrong. And the posted store / pharmacy hours are also wrong. Our vaccine was cancelled 2 hours before our 4am appointment, despite being scheduled a week prior. Thinking it a fluke, I checked site and was able to reschedule for 6am same day. Arrived early and everything was closed: entrance and pharmacy window. Waited an hour for them to ‘open’ and Pharmacist was immediately irritated by us patiently standing in line behind another person. “Why are you here?” first words she snapped. We explained situation and she acted like it was our fault, that we should have known CVS appointments were wrong. She was so rude and combative, it was obvious she’d been dealing with this reoccurring issue - so why not have the appointment times fixed online?? Don’t get your hopes up or waste your time going here. Just go somewhere else.

The line is ALWAYS to the back of the aisle. Everyone is always so stressed, I feel bad for the employees there. They always seem severely understaffed

Awful pharmacy service. I will be filling my prescriptions at Costco going forward. My vet sent 3 prescriptions for my dog. One was a pain medication that he really needed. The first day, they said they did not get it, even though they got the other 2. The second day, I called to make sure they received it, and they said they couldn't fill it. When I went to pick up the second prescription, it wasn't ready. I was told it would be ready by 2pm, I got there at 9:15pm and waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru and only got part of the pills and was told to call ahead to get the rest so they could make sure they had the rest of the pills. Sad when Costco had the other medication ready a couple of hours after getting the prescription. I will not be returning here for any future perscritions.

⚠️‼️This pharmacist is unprofessional and dangerous. I got a new medication and in the middle of the night I suddenly woke up very VERY ill. I live right next to this CVS so in the morning I walked to the CVS still sick to ask the pharmacist if this is an expected reaction to this new med, or if maybe there’s an issue with the batch. He told me I was not having a reaction and I was just “being emotional” and having “anxiety”. I told him that this has nothing to do with my emotions and something was wrong. He continued to tell me that I was just being “emotional and sensitive” and there’s “nothing wrong” with me because it’s “all in my head”. I saw a doctor. I was having a terrible reaction to the medication and it took me over 6 months to recover. Do not use the pharmacy here. Unsafe and harmful practices.
