I just want to thank the pharmacist I just talked with -her name is Jewel. I needed a 3 month prescription filled and said I had a Good Rx card and a Single Care card and she said we could probably do you better and could apply their cvs coupon and I told her I felt like I just got a big Christmas gift. I am 76 years old with COPD and barely making it on Social Security etc. she made my day. Mary S Quillian. Happy happy customer

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. It's chronically understaffed. It's not unusual to wait 30-40 minutes in a line that wraps around several aisles. The staff is often unfriendly and unhelpful. Several times scripts haven't been ready even though I have received a message that they are ready for pickup. I've moved my prescriptions to another CVS. I picked them up today. 2 minute wait and friendly happy person behind the counter. I'm never going back to the Glendale Target CVS.

* No empathy * Poor problem solving Wish I would’ve read the reviews before having my prescription sent here. Like a few of the reviews already note, I trusted that they would have it ready and it is also a regulated medication so can’t get early refills, etc.. I just ran out of the medication today, though I ordered it about a week ago and now I’m going to have a hard crash off of it. I mentioned that to the woman on the phone and her response was silence. Prior to that, it was suggested I contact another pharmacy of which I would need to wait until Monday to have my provider send another request to them so I will be out of this medication for minimum 3 to 4 days. 🙂👍

I called about four hours ago and left a voicemail asking whether this location had a very expensive, controlled medication in stock and if a GoodRX coupon would be honored. Since this is a new medication for me—and another pharmacy quoted hundreds even after insurance—I needed to confirm some factors so I knew how to proceed on my end. I called again later just to see if I would luck out, went through the automated system, and even tried the prompts, which didn’t recognize my commands. Still, I was fully prepared to wait to speak with someone. I work in a field where I call pharmacies regularly (CVS included) with similar questions, so this was not an unreasonable request. After 10–15 minutes on hold someone picked up. I heard a few seconds of background noise then a *click* immediately after. The call was disconnected. A simple greeting and a “Please hold” would have been more than enough. I would have gladly continued waiting - even expressed my gratitude after having my questions answered. The interaction would have likely been 90 seconds at most. I rarely write negative reviews, but for anyone who may be in a similar situation, you may be better off driving a bit farther to another CVS location.

The pharmacy staff is great, special shout out to Hector who went way out of his way to make sure I got the best price. I truly felt taken care of and that can be rare these days. Thanks again Hector
