Responsive, friendly and got the rx filled quickly! I have had to speak with the pharmacy a few times this weeks since my regular pharmacy is out of my meds. Sometimes there is a little wait on hold, but I realize other people need to reach them too. (never more than 10 mins). The drive through is very convenient. I wish my insurance would let me fill 90 days here!

Horrible experience. 3 people working in the store. 2 mens chatting in the back picture area. Saw me waiting to pay for my children's cold meds and turned around and kept chatting. A nice young lady putting away products stopped what she was doing and came and helped me while the guys continued to chat. Thank u so much to that young lady!!

This Walgreens was open 24 hours when I needed my OTC meds... not to mention the assistance I got for trying to find it. She could've kept to herself at 2am but instead offered help which I am truly grateful for.

This Walgreens is terrible. I called to check on an item. The pharmacy picked up the phone, immediately put me on hold without saying “can you hold please? Or anything. No customer service then I was on hold for 11 minutes before hung up on me. Then I called the front store and someone said “maybe isle 24 or 25. I’ll get someone to check for you” then someone answered the phone again and when she came back she answered the call like we didn’t already talk and told me “in my store is might be in isle 28” I’ve been in this Walgreens a hand full of times and they’re always terrible. It’s exhausting

The pharmacy is horrific. You are on hold for at least 45-60 minutes just to get hung up on, and that’s a consistent issue. I’ve had to drive over several times just to ask a basic question because they don’t answer the phone. Meanwhile when I arrive, several pharmacists and techs are screwing around in the back and olive easily been manning the phones. They also incorrectly process your medications half the time. Walgreens has gone so far downhill, it’s pathetic.
