Treat us all like criminals and they never have money in the ATM and don't even bother putting up a notice. Worst Walgreens ever

This Walgreens is the absolute worst. I have been on hold for two hours collectively. I sit on hold for so long that the system times out and hangs up. I called the front counter and they said they were just busy. Why am I being punished because they can’t keep up? Completely ridiculous that all I need to do is refill a prescription and due to their records not being accurate I can’t use the automated system. I will be going to a different location once I can finally get ahold of this one to close out my stuff.

The employees just talk to each other and don’t actually work. You will wait forever for your prescription. Go across the street to cvs or drive a little farther to save time.

I was there today (09.04.2025) and I was at the check out when the time was 15.00. There was a young lady on the register. She was very rude. I didn’t have any membership. First the tried to sell me discounted products without membership (so that would be 20$more). She asked me if I had a membership. I said no. She didn’t say “would you like to have a membership” instead she pushed me to pay. I told her that I would like to be a member so that If I can use the campaign buy 1 get 1. She didn’t even look et me, speaked really as if I am annoying her, and then literally when I was trying to pay, she yelled at me and said “FLIP THE CARD!” (Twice). I didn’t want to deal with it truly so I say nothing. People shouldn’t do these kinda jobs if don’t like to talk with their customers. Other than that, other staff was good. I wish good life for her so that maybe she won’t be rude in the future
