The pharmacy keeps canceling the progress of my prescriptions without any communication and I cannot get ahold of anyone in a reasonable time. Doesn’t seem like the correct behavior when medication is involved.

Absolutely abysmal pharmacy. Don’t even bother trying to get a hold of anyone by phone. I’ve had to physically go in multiple times to try to get my prescriptions filled in a timely manner. Even when I wanted to get my prescription transferred to a new pharmacy, they didn’t send it over and the pharmacist at King Sooper told me he had been hung up on multiple times trying to get in touch with them to get it. When you do go in, they act annoyed you’re there and are not apologetic for their bad service.

Waited 10 minutes in line of traffic to be served at drive through window. Driver ahead of me left without appearing to be served. When I pulled up I soon realized why. While I could see people in the pharmacy, they were not coming to the window. This was at 4:30pm on Tuesday, so not during a lunch break. I used the ring button three times, but after waiting another ten minutes without anyone coming to the window I left. Meanwhile cars continued stacking up wrapping around the store into the ally, as they waited to be served at drive through window.

Very little wait to pick up prescriptions. Pharmacist were very helpful. Open till 10 during the week and 6 on the weekend.

After being delayed a week for my RX, the pharmacy took it upon themselves to only fill 1/3 of my prescription, and they had the gall to tell me that in order to pick up the remaining amount later in the week, I would need to pay an additional copay. So now, I have to wait 1 more week to pickup my full prescription so I don’t have to pay 2 copays. Make this make sense! This is price gouging and a way for this pharmacy to make more $$$.
