I recently switched to IU Health Pharmacy after having a very frustrating experience with Walgreens Downtown, where I wasn’t able to get my medications for almost two weeks. Switching pharmacies turned out to be the best decision I could have made. As soon as they received my prescription, the team immediately placed the order and kept me updated throughout the process. My medication was filled within just two days, which was an incredible relief after dealing with so many delays before. What stood out the most was how kind and helpful the pharmacy staff was. Everyone I interacted with was patient, professional, and genuinely caring. They even provided parking validation, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made the whole experience even less stressful. It is rare to find this level of customer service and efficiency these days. I am very thankful for their help and would highly recommend IU Health Pharmacy to anyone looking for reliable pharmacy.

I like the university pharmacy they always send me a message to let me know if a prescription was sent over to them and a message letting me know when there ready. If they have a problem with your prescription they will call you and let you know or even if they don’t have a certain medication in stock and let you know when they will have it and the staff is very professional and friendly as well

I have complications with a generic medications that my doctor prescribes me and I could not find the manufacturer that made the ones that didn't make my stomach hurt the pharmacist went out of his way to make sure that I had what I needed and really listen to me I will be returning to them for now on

In my honest opinion I have the best medical team in the state. They go up and beyond their duty to make sure you’re comfortable and have everything you need.
