I didn’t know a pharmacy experience could be so easy and pleasant! They answer their phone, are so kind and knowledgeable. Wonderfully positive experiences every time. Grateful to have such a great pharmacy downtown. Would drive from outside of the city to work with them if needed!

Wow, such an incredibly kind and knowledgeable group of folks here at Needler’s Pharmacy. Everyone I’ve interacted with in-person and on the phone has been so compassionate and helpful. I have never felt like they are hurrying me along even though I know they are busy. I typically speak with Jason and another wonderful women who’s name I can’t recall; everyone here is truly wonderful!!

We only recently found out about how wonderful the staff is at Needler's Pharmacy after unhappily dealing with CVS for years and were super pleasantly surprised. They are always super friendly, actually refill your prescriptions when they need to be filled, order out of stock prescriptions ahead of time to remain timely on refills, send texts when your prescription is ready and you can actually TALK to a pharmacist when you call. Most of the time, they even remember me! ALL things you'd expect from any pharmacy, but unfortunately, that is not the case with 99% of other pharmacies. We just recently moved to Bloomington and will no longer be using Needler's Pharmacy due to distance and it has almost made me regret the move. Thinking about having to deal with CVS again makes me want to cry a little bit. We will miss you Needler's! Never stop being awesome and treating people like people.

Our family loves everyone of these pharmacy staff! They know us and our family. They care and ask how we're doing. They routinely go above and beyond to help when we're sick. It's like a little slice of Mayberry in an Indy supermarket.

Very nice establishment, they offer a lot and I noticed the shelves are reachable even for short people.
